This is achieved through award-bearing and non-award-bearing courses, workshops, corporate trainings and seminars. Its objective is to develop creativity, talent and multidisciplinary knowledge and skills through the exchange of ideas and practices, to meet the everchanging market needs for career development and business growth. Most PEEC programmes are accredited under the Qualifications Framework at Levels 3 to 4. This provides local professionals with access to various financial assistance for lifelong learning, including Vplus Creative Industries, Vplus Engineering, Continuing Education Fund (CEF), and Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS) for QF programmes, and Construction Innovation and Technology Fund (CITF) and Reindustrialisation and Technology Training Programme (RTTP) for advanced technologies-related programmes. PEEC Website VPLUS CREATIVE INDUSTRIES Government Subsidy Scheme available for over 200 part-time self-financed creative industries and information technology programmes at QF Levels 3-4. Eligible applicants can reimburse 60% of the tuition fees paid for multiple programmes, up to a maximum of HK$36,000 per person.
