Procreate is one of the bestselling drawing apps. This course will enable learners to familiarise with the interface and functions of Procreate, and acquire techniques in realistic style illustration and different brush drawing style. Upon completion, you would be able to use iPad to draw intuitively and naturally as pencil and paper, anytime and anywhere.

Lesson 1

• Basic drawing techniques: point, line, and surface
• Basic illustration techniques: sketching
• Portrait illustration: facial features and face shape (eyes, nose, and etc)
• Brush used: Charcoal, pencil

Lesson 2

• Portrait illustration: facial features and face shape (lips, hair, and etc)
• Brush used: Charcoal, pencil

Lesson 3

• Line drawing, monochrome portrait illustration
• Brush used: 6B pencil, smudge tools
• Layer blend mode (Gradient map)

Lesson 4

• ⁠Portrait illustration: Men’s and women’s facial features in “block color painting style”
• Brush used: Charcoal, texture brush

Lesson 5

• ⁠Color portrait illustrations: women, children
• Brush used: Ink brush
