The Exhibition of Pyramids 2013
Students from departments of HKDI & IVE (Lee Wai Lee) use around 5,200 small pieces of paper pyramids to create and compose a huge size paper mosaic. The final dimensions is about 16 meters x 4 meters. It is an assignment for design students who are studying the module "IT Essentials" to realize the use of generic IT knowledge and skills in developing creative contents for effective presentation. With the help of appropriate software applications, students are guided to design with their own ideas and their works are finally combined into a huge artwork. Through this project, both students and teaching staff of different departments of HKDI & IVE (Lee Wai Lee) are able to cooperate closely to shape the mega campuses into a place of creativity and unity.
