FILM SERIES Screening of “Aberdeen” & Sharing Session with Director, PANG Ho-Cheung

The film screening of Aberdeen, directed by Edmond Pang Ho-Cheung, will be held on 19 May 2014 Monday, 7pm, at VTC Auditorium, Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI). Priority registration is offered to VTC students and staff. The film screening will be followed by a sharing session with Edmond Pang. It would be a valuable opportunity for the audience to communicate with this young and successful film director and to learn about his creative experience.

Starring Louis Koo, Gigi Leung, Eric Tsang, Miriam Yeung, Ng Man Tat and Carrie Ng, the film narrates the story about the Cheng family which embodies the microcosm of our city, with its contradictions between modernity and traditions, family and individuality. As the 38th Hong Kong International Film Festival's opening film, tickets of Aberdeen were sold out instantly, showing the intense enthusiasm shared by most audience in Hong Kong to appreciate an outstanding local film by Edmond Pang.
