Master Lecture Series – Creativity in Context

Speaker: Richard Strange, British Musician

Mr Richard Strange has rich experience in Music and Cross-media Arts. He formed his proto-punk band The Doctors of Madness. He has worked in every field of the performing arts as the musician, actor, writer and adventurer. He performs, curates, broadcasts, writes, lectures, and hosts the multi-media mash-up Cabaret Futura and the monthly live chat show A Mighty Big If. Currently writing and directing the William Burroughs cross-disciplinary event and being awarded the prestigious qualification Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Mr Strange shall perform his one man theatrical show at the Edinburgh Festival in this summer.
