Book Launch for Chronicle – A Hong Kong Diary from Tse Ming Chong (1989-2014)
Chronicle - A Hong Kong Diary from Tse Ming Chong (1989 – 2014) depicts his sentiment towards Hong Kong in the past quarter of a century. The images in “Chronicle” which are closest to the pulse beat of Hong Kong, recording the transformations of the city. The book is consisted of two parts – one of them is to present the feelings of the photographer upon the changes of the city through his photographic work, while the other part showcases the different techniques of image presentation as a way to reflect on the meanings of photography. As the Principal Lecturer at HKDI, author of the book Tse Ming Chong wishes to enhance the public’s interest in photography and to offer a platform for exchange among photography enthusiasts.
