Swiss Accessory and Watch Design by HEAD – Genève
“What do Swiss Watch, Jewellery and Product Design have in common?” A long-standing tradition of craftsmanship paired with the most sophisticated technical skills and engineering. The Geneva School of Art and Design (HEAD - Genève) brilliantly preserves this heritage through its front-running Bachelor and Master's programmes. As one of Europe's leading design education institutions, HEAD - Genève has produced some of the most creative jewellery and watch designers in the field today. Helping to build this reputation is a hallmark initiative: a unique watch design course, encompassing design, marketing, trends and heritage and taught by international experts in the watchmaking industry.
The forthcoming “Swiss Accessory and Watch Design by HEAD - Genève” exhibition at HKDI will showcase the broad range of products covered by the degree programmes at HEAD - Genève, with over 100 items from recent workshops and graduation projects on display, including watches, accessories, leather goods, eyewear, smart products, and office and household objects.
