HKDI Gallery presents: A Conversation with Charles Kaisin: Design in Motion

From December 2013 to mid-February 2014, HKDI & IVE (Lee Wai Lee) collaborated with Charles Kaisin, the rising star of Belgian design, to hold his solo exhibition entitled Design in Motion the first time in Asia, showcasing Charles' innovative product design and installation art, with a view to inspiring the general public, especially the young generation, through upcycling and sustainable design. To mark the occasion, Charles visited Hong Kong again for a sharing session held in Eslite Bookstore in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong to personally introduce the concept of his design products and art installations on 1 March 2014. This sharing activity attracted numerous customers and design-lovers to exchange with Charles on, how sustainable design concepts can be integrated into their daily lives.
