Franz Bette Seminar

Franz Bette is a product designer, gold and silversmith and teacher of jewelry design and making. He has over 30 years teaching experience, in his native Germany, where he lead a masterclass for over 20 years, as well as in Thailand, Australia and Hong Kong.

As winner of numerous competitions, most notably Diamond International Award, while designing in industry - Kilkenny Design Centre/Ireland, Bucherer/Lucerne, Omega/Geneva - and the State Prize of North Rhine-Westphalia, his work is in many public and private collections. He exhibits nationally and internationally, in 2007 The Museum for Decorative Arts , Frankfurt am Main invited him to hold a major solo exhibition of his jewelry.
