This exhibition zooms in on new materials made of familiar, out-of-mind substances that have been “rematerialized” into a better product.  The materials introduced in this exhibition all have their own story to tell and demonstrate the popular trend how new materials are developing for better future expectations. Visitors will discover original revaluated and reused ingredients along with natural alternatives. It will also showcase a project about design thinking in education – Edible Utensil in Airline Industry, collaborating between the Design Discipline of HKDI and Applied Science Discipline of IVE (Chai Wan) .
