Art in Community (II): An Alluring Inheritance of Beauty: Chinese Cheongsam Exhibition at Tiu Keng Leng Public Library
HKDI and Tiu Keng Leng Public Library have partnered together under the theme of "Art in Community", part 2 is “An Alluring Inheritance of Beauty: Chinese Cheongsam Exhibition”. By showcasing selected works of precious Cheongsam provided by HKDI Fashion Archive and contemporary works designed by Fashion Design students, community members not only learn more about the history of Cheongsam and beauty of Chinese clothing culture from its past to the present, but also experience the modern interpretation of this traditional apparel.
