HKDI proudly presents the Master Lectures, From Pages to Pixels: The Visual Language of Hong Kong Popular Magazines. Four leading cultural practitioners and visual creators will guide audiences into the worlds of three iconic Hong Kong creative publications—City Magazine, Amoeba, and Art and Piece. From avant-garde cover portraiture, fashion styling, and photography to bold layouts and editorial vision, the speakers will share how magazines have challenged established conventions, shaped distinctive taste, and brought Hong Kong’s visual culture and creative spirit to the world.
