Hong Kong International Photo Festival Flare 2013 offers a series of activities to explore the possibilities of photography. With an opening ceremony on 27th September, 2013, an exhibition titled "300 Families" is held at HKDI Gallery until 3rd November 2013, showing Hong Kong "family" portraits taken by 12 photography artists, including traditional family photos and those featuring unique family concepts. Small exhibitions, workshops, seminars, portfolio review sessions, a photobook reading room and a photography flare were organized on 28-29 September to provide a platform for cultural exchange. A large number of visitors are attracted to this flagship photography event and the interesting activities alongside with it.
