Job Descriptions and Duties | (a) To provide support in one or more of the following areas: (i) General administration, financial and personnel matters; (ii) Student admissions and student affairs; (iii) Database maintenance; (iv) Clerical and administrative support for senior level staff; (v) Liaison with HKDI and VTC departments and external parties; (b) To handle phone enquiries and provide counter services; (c) To maintain and update website and social media platforms; (d) To assist in different activities and events. |
Academic Qualifications | (i) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) at Grade E / Level 2 or above including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR (ii) A combination of results in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination at Level 2 or above in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” or above in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E or above in Other Language subjects, and the 5 subjects should include English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics; OR a recognized Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Project Yi Jin; OR (iii) a recognized Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Project Yi Jin; OR * Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2; OR Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification. |
Work Experience | Work experience in business administration, project coordination, education, marketing or customer service would be added advantage. |

Assist the QA/QC team in implementing company policies. Assist in ad hoc assignments when required. Requirements Diploma or above in Interior Design, Construction, or related disciplines.
