22 November 2023 (Wednesday)
14:00–18:00
Studio Infinity, Hong Kong Design Institute
For secondary school principals and teachers:
Curious about the user experience design profession, and wonder about the job nature, career prospects and why it is a growing sector in Hong Kong?
For government officers:
Curious about how user experience design can be applied in your work context so that customers of your products and services can have a more delightful experience?
Whether you create products or provide services, a user experience mindset enables you to understand your users’ needs and wants, so that you can shape smooth and seamless journeys for them every step of the way.
A user experience approach is not limited to the design of digital user interfaces. It can be applied in both physical and screen-based environments, as well as processes, programmes, services, as well as social interactions, in myriad contexts.
This in-person forum will share case studies of how user experience design is applied in the government, community, education, and commercial realms. The format will be informal, dialogue-based and highly interactive. There will be plenty of opportunities to interact, ask questions and engage in discussions on user experience design.
